On Friday the Boys and Girls Varsity Track team competed in the MHSAA Division 1 Regional Track and Field meet hosted by Grand Haven High School. Over 40 Jenison student athletes competed at the Regional and eleven student athletes punched their ticket to compete in the MHSAA Division 1 State Finals. Tyler Lopez - Discus Leigha Stoepker - Shot Put and Discus Ava Bonacci - Pole Vault Brez Post - Pole Vault Joey Bonacci - Pole Vault Robby Russo - Pole Vault Seth Conner - 1600 Meter Run and 3200 Meter Run Cam Brown - 400 Meter Seth Conner, Dom Otto, Parker Strelecki, Mason Lucas - 4x800 Meter Relay Team Seth Conner was also the Regional Champion in the Boys 3200 Meter Run! The Division 1 Track and Field State Finals will take place on June 1, 2024 @ East Kentwood High School.
